current situation of China’s packaging machinery
China’s packaging machinery started relatively late. After more than 20 years of development, China’s packaging machinery has become one of the top ten industries in the machinery industry, providing a strong guarantee for the rapid development of China’s packaging industry. Some packaging machinery has filled the domestic gap and can basically meet the needs of the domestic market, and some products are still exported. At this stage, the export volume of China’s packaging machinery is less than 5% of the total output value, but the import volume is roughly equivalent to the total output value, which is far from that of developed countries. Condition 1:
tape clamping treatment. When the tape is stuck in the middle of the roller or blocked by foreign matters and cannot be taken out, the treatment method is as follows:
A. remove the washer of the hexagon nut
B. loosen the two M5 countersunk screws on the middle connecting shaft. Since these two screws are fixed in the notch of the connecting shaft, the screws must be turned up
C. remove the connecting shaft, pick up the upper turbine and take out the stuck object
D. assemble and restore according to the above c-b-a method
E. pay attention to the gap between the nut and the L-shaped curved plate of 0.3-0.5mm
condition 2:
the automatic packer does not automatically take out the belt. In this case, first check whether the “belt out length adjustment” is at “0”, and then see whether the belt piercing process is correct. If not, foreign matters are stuck near the belt feeding roller, which will also cause this situation
condition 3:
do not cut the belt after binding. There are many situations that can cause this situation
a. the tightness adjustment is too tight
B. there is oil on the slip sheet or slip belt, which are located near the tightness adjustment and must be removed and wiped off
c, the belt is too tight, lower the belt drive seat down, or adjust the motor back. Br> D. use a thinner belt or the clearance of the unwinding roller is too large
condition 4:
poor bonding effect
a. the temperature is too high or not enough. Sometimes special belts have poor viscosity, and the temperature must be very accurate
B. the voltage used is not enough. The voltage of many factories is often insufficient. If the extension cable or cable is used again, it will cause a voltage drop, lower the originally adjusted temperature, and even burn out when the motor is tied tightly. Therefore, try to avoid using the cable. If the extension cable must be used, it must be connected with a thicker wire rather than too long
C. The 635 bearing under the middle knife is broken, so it is heated and cannot be bonded at all
D. the long pull spring on the electric strange hand (swing rod) is tired, so it is unable to pull the strange hand to the position, resulting in half or less bonding
e. the electric heating steel sheet is too high, too low, or left to right, so it encounters the PP belt at the top and bottom, or the tools at the left and right, and cannot enter the heating. It must be adjusted according to the situation
F. the breeze fan for smoke exhaust fails, making the temperature too high
condition 5:
no action during tape insertion
the LS1 micro switch on the right side of the upper sliding plate is faulty or the shrapnel is blocked by foreign matters and cannot touch the contact
condition 6:
continuous operation
a. ls5 fault
B. Although LS1 is not fault, there are stolen goods stuck between the contact and the shrapnel, or the shrapnel itself is stuck, so that the contact cannot be released after inserting the tape as usual
C. when ls5 is reset to zero, the contact is not closed, so it works continuously as soon as the power supply is turned on
D. the clearance between clutch and pulley is too small. Properly increase the number of small gaskets between the clutch and the pulley
E. replace the TD belt cutting sensor
condition 7:
cut off if not tied tightly
a. the machine is too loose. Just tighten it
b, LS3 and ls5 are not in proper positions
C. demagnetization induction switch failure
condition 8:
belt feeding is continuous
a. the belt feeding potentiometer is faulty. Just replace it
B. the belt feeding button fails (green key). Replace the button switch. However, due to the wear and poor lubrication of parts in use, it will cause damage to parts and may expand the occurrence of faults and accidents. Therefore, it is very important to find and eliminate faults quickly. It won’t turn to the manufacturer for a small fault, so as to win valuable time and money
here are some places prone to failure and maintenance methods
fault: cutting the steel belt continuously
reason: 1) cutter wear or fault
maintenance method: check whether the cutter or cutter holder is worn or faulty. If the wear is serious, replace it
2) air pressure decreases
maintenance method: check whether the working pressure is normal
the force to cut off the steel belt comes from blocking the cylinder. See the fault phenomenon
check the locking operation
fault: the tension on the latch clamping opening is not enough
cause: the connecting hole or connecting pin of the clamping block is worn
maintenance method: check these parts when the groove depth is shallow, and replace them if necessary The potentiometer for belt feeding length control is at zero position
the potentiometer for belt feeding length control is at the second position from left on the switch board of the front panel. If it is adjusted clockwise, the strip length will be long, otherwise it will be short; If it is at the zero position, the tape will not be output
2. Incorrect threading
open the right door and thread the tape correctly according to the “threading process method” or the threading diagram indicated in the manual
3. There are foreign matters in the upper and lower extensions
the packing machine has been used for a long time, but it has not been cleaned and maintained in time, resulting in the accumulation of stolen goods in the machine, which makes the belt delivery not smooth and free, so it should be cleaned and maintained more
4. The belt feeding roller clearance is incorrect
the gap between the belt feeding rollers of a pair of semi-automatic packers is very important for normal belt feeding. Refer to the instructions for the adjustment of the gap. Adjust carefully until the gap of the belt feeding roller is only 0.05 ~ 1mm more than the thickness of the belt
5. The selected PP belt is too thick or too thin
because there are many manufacturers of PP packing belt and the thickness is inconsistent, it should be selected according to the requirements; If it is impossible, please carefully adjust the gap between the feeding and withdrawing rollers according to the method in the manual
6. The electromagnet is not working properly
the electromagnet does not work. First check whether the welding joint of the electromagnet wiring falls off, and then check whether the coil is burnt out. If both are normal, check whether the electromagnet is displaced or blocked by stolen goods, so that the bullet can not move freely. Packer pressure cannot be set
1 Check the hydraulic oil
2 Check whether the pressure regulating valve is loose
